Add Player Health Bar

At the moment the player does not know how much health they have. This can be solved easily by using a Core Content component.

In the Core Content window, search for health bar and add the component to the Hierarchy above he UI folder so that it does not display in front of the progress UI.

This component will add a player health bar to the bottom of the screen. You can customize the look of it if you would like.
